Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase under these Terms.
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
Stock availability is incorrect
There is a pricing or product error
Fraudulent activity is suspected
You will be notified promptly and refunded where applicable.
Product Images & Descriptions
All product images, videos, and preview material are provided for illustration purposes only.
Due to lighting, screen differences, and natural material variations, minor differences in color, tone, texture, or size may occur. These normal variations do not constitute defects.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in MAD and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, and local payment options.
We do not store or process your card details; all payment information is handled by secure third-party providers.
Prices displayed at checkout are final for confirmed orders.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Morocco.
Order processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days
Shipping costs: displayed at checkout
Delays caused by courier issues, strikes, or factors outside our control do not constitute grounds for compensation.
Transport & Delivery Issues
All shipments are insured until delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be:
Unused and unworn
In original condition
With all packaging, tags, and accessories
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return, email: contact@meritshoes.ma with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges are not offered; please return the item and place a new order.
Defects & Warranty
Merit Shoes is responsible for defects that:
Existed at the time of delivery, or
Result from manufacturing or material faults
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or natural variations in materials.
To report a defect, provide your order number and photos so we can assess the issue.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible; the return policy applies.
Limitation of Liability
Merit Shoes is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses unrelated to the purchased product
Our total liability is limited to the purchase value of the item. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Force Majeure
